LEMER Foundry  places Research and Development at the heart of its strategy. This commitment to continuous innovation has enabled us to develop our expertise, anticipate market needs, and support our customers in their projects. Located directly on our production site in Carquefou, our R&D department benefits from its ideal proximity to the manufacturing teams. This organization promotes responsiveness, dialogue, and rapid adaptation of our offering to specific requirements.

Our 7 pillars of R&D

Our R&D organization is based on a solid, interconnected structure :

  1. An R&D manager responsible for the functional and financial management of all projects.
  2. Project managers responsible for day-to-day technical monitoring and operational coordination.
  3. A doctor of lead metallurgy, ensuring scientific and technical excellence.
  4. Qualified smelters conducting tests and passing on their expertise.
  5. An in-house design office to design and deploy new manufacturing methods.
  6. A quality department that uses the results from our integrated characterization lab.
  7. A network of scientific and technical partners (research centers, universities, independent labs, etc.) that expands our scope for innovation.
